Guide

How to Use

Simple, everyday ways to incorporate Sea Buckthorn Powder and Shilajit into your daily routine.

Product Guide

Sea Buckthorn Powder

Our Sea Buckthorn Powder is made from carefully dried Himalayan berries. It carries the berry's naturally tart, slightly citrusy flavour and blends easily into drinks, bowls and recipes.

  1. Start with 1 teaspoon

Begin with 1 teaspoon (about 3–5 g) per day. You can gradually increase to 1–2 teaspoons if you prefer.

  2. Mix into a drink

Stir into warm water, tea, smoothies, fresh juice, yoghurt or milk. Avoid boiling water — high heat may reduce some of the naturally occurring nutrients.

  3. Or sprinkle over food

Add to breakfast bowls, oatmeal, granola, salads or dessert toppings. Its tangy flavour pairs well with honey, banana, berries and yoghurt.

  4. Best time to enjoy

Many people enjoy it in the morning with breakfast, or post-workout as part of a smoothie.

  5. Storage

Keep the pouch tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a dry spoon — moisture can cause the powder to clump.

Sea Buckthorn is naturally tart. If the taste feels strong at first, start with half a teaspoon and mix it with honey or a sweet fruit juice.
Product Guide

Shilajit Resin

Our Shilajit is offered as a natural resin. It has a distinctive earthy, slightly bitter taste and dissolves easily in warm liquids. Here's how to use it simply and consistently.

  1. Take a pea-sized amount

Use a small spoon or the tip of a clean knife to take a pea-sized portion (about 200–300 mg). This is a typical daily starting amount.

  2. Dissolve in warm liquid

Stir into a cup of warm water, warm milk or herbal tea. Stir well until fully dissolved. Avoid boiling liquid — warm is enough.

  3. Best time to take

Traditionally enjoyed early in the morning on an empty stomach, or in the evening. Choose a time you can stick to consistently.

  4. Pair with warm milk (optional)

Many people prefer Shilajit dissolved in warm milk with a pinch of honey or cardamom — the milk softens the earthy flavour.

  5. Storage

Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. In warm climates, refrigerate. Always use a clean, dry spoon.

Shilajit softens in warm weather — this is normal. If it feels sticky, place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes and it will firm up.
